Display Unit PSDS

The PSDS is a completely portable display for strain gauge sensors in a robust IP64 housing. The input range for the connected sensors is ± 480 mV/V.

Up to six calibration ranges are available to accommodate different load modes (tension and compression) or different sensors. Each calibration range remembers settings that contribute to ease of use, such as the selected units and tare values.

TEDS devices with templates 33, 40 and 41 can be connected and will update the displayed calibration.

Up to six display modes are available. These determine what is displayed on the LCD and what actions are possible using the three softkeys.

Full configuration is possible with a free PC-based toolkit. Some simple configurations, such as two-point calibration, are possible through the PSDS menu system.

The module can either be used as a portable device or mounted to equipment, dashboards, walls or tables using the optional mounting accessories.

The PSDS is powered by two internal, non-rechargeable AA alkaline batteries.
