Flat Load Cell X-133

especially suitable for load measurement of lift cabs

For accurate measurements on the cabin floor

The large measuring range and the standardised design allow to measure a wide range of car and payload weights with only a few types. The measuring signal is proportional to the payload in the cabin when mounted correctly. The solid steel housing and the tight design (IP67) guarantee problem-free operation, even under difficult environmental conditions.

Features:

  • solid steel housing
  • encapsulated version IP67
  • easy mounting with metal screws
  • UL-approved cable
  • Standard connector (DIN)
  • fits LONLMS-1

Installation and deployment

The load cell X-133 is suitable for load measurement in lift cabins. The flat design allows mounting under the car floor, car frame or under the frame of the drive. The solid steel housing and the tight design (IP67) guarantee problem-free operation, even under difficult environmental conditions.

Electrical connection

X-Sensors’ sensors are based on a strain gauge full bridge with strain gauges. The output signal for this sensor is specified in mV/V. Various input modules of controllers already allow the direct connection of force sensors with strain gauge full bridge. In addition, load measuring devices are available which connect the sensor to the control system.
