Equipped with a redundant measuring bridge, this force sensor guarantees an increased degree of reliability. Two amplified 4-20 mA signals are available as output signals. The cable force transducer has a uniform passage of 100.2 mm. This makes it ideal for monitoring the force at the end of a suspension rope. Due to its dimensions, it is especially designed for the following heavy-duty applications.

Installation and deployment
Electrical connection
The force sensors from X-Sensors are based on a strain gauge full bridge with strain gauges. The output signal for this sensor is specified in mV/V. Various input modules of controllers already allow the direct connection of force sensors with strain gauge full bridge. In addition, measuring amplifiers with voltage output (0-10 V) and current output (4-20 mA) are available, which amplify the strain gauge full bridges accordingly. The measuring amplifiers are available in a robust field housing, for DIN rail mounting or in an inline housing.
